Unique, ruffled collar boutique coat

Boutique brand, Lucy & Co. unique, forest green coat. Beautifully lined, zippered front. Flattering belt. Bell cuffs. The material is comfortable, but light weight. Could be a nice light jacket over a dress. Or could be worn as a top with leggings or jeans. Only worn a handful of times. Excellent condition.
