Unique semi-sheer vest blouse w/ giraffes

Very unique find indeed... believe it to be an import and/or vintage. One-of-a-kind! Blouse best is in excellent condition. Has been hand washed line dried, steamed and is clean & ready-to-wear. Vest has some very pretty embroidered giraffes & big decorative button. Pictured on a small dress form, looks to be a good fit for junior small or woman small. underarms underarm just a hair over 16.5 waist just a hair over 14.5 ~
