innasverdlova @ashmers Hi - sorry for the delay just seeing your question :)) I presume you don’t mean just multiplying hips measurements by 2, but rather the amount of stretch it can provide on an actual human body, correct? Unfortunately this suit doesn’t fit me anymore, but I have a size 6-8 mannequin and will measure the skirt on it tomorrow. In the meantime, do let me know if you had something else in mind 😊

innasverdlova @ashmers Hi - sorry for the delay - the skirt no longer fits me right, so had to ask a friend to help me out - LOL. She is 42 inches in circumference and the skirt was form-fitting on her, but comfortable. It has nice stretch and tailoring. Hope this helps!
