Unique sweater wrap dress

Really interesting wrap dress, top is a knitted sweater, bottom is a navy wrap skirt with a lace lining peaking out from the bottom, blue and white striped sleeves and the whole back is also the blue and white stripe print, finished with a white ribbon belt, I wish I knew what brand it is because it is so unique and very well made
