Unique turquoise and black dress

This cute little turquoise and black dress is 34 inches long from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem. It is 18 inches wide from armpit to armpit. The tag says small petite but it fits more like a medium in women’s. It is made was pretty stretchy material.
