Unique Vintage black 40’s style dress with white polka dots. Fit and flare. Fabric has some stretch. Gathered V neckline, cuff and button detailing on sleeve. Good condition. Full zippered back. Skirt hits just under knee on me. (5’6”) flattering and comfortable.
