Unique, vintage, high end, couture brooch with tassel

This stunning piece measures 4 inches across and about eight and three-quarter inches down at the bottom of the tassel. I have been searching, and I found nothing else like it. It comes from the estate of a wealthy lady who only had the best of everything. This wearable art is clearly hand-crafted. Note the filagree and metalwork design, the Austrian crystals, coral, abalone, and semi precious stones. It’s a large piece and could look amazing on a bag or on a black belt with a simple outfit. I was told that it was originally purchased from the artist for over $1000 . One of my stylist friends said it would be great as a hair ornament. It is quite amazing in person. I took it to a consignment boutique, and they said they thought they would get 300 for it but I figured I would try and sell it myself.
