This is such a unique piece with its whimsical design. I love the black and white and then the rainbow effect of the horse. Truly have never seen anything like it. This was custom made (not by me) and was a very expensive purchase. I know that the right person will treasure it as much as I have. Zoom in to see all parts. It’s meant to be abstract/give off that fantastical vintage feel, so there are intentional marks made in order to accompany the rustic characteristics within the wooden border. hannahblaze Just wondering the medium? Is it paint on canvas material? Also what is the psychedelic coloring on the horse.. also paint or something else? Thanks! Just want to know a lil more about it. It’s original I’m assuming.. by a friend? Can I ask the artists name?

reesetully @hannahblaze thanks so much for your inquiry!! The design is directly from Skippy Cotton. You should look up their website because they have really unique designs. Since SC only sells mini versions of their prints, it was made into a large print by a talented artist who makes whatever design you want fit into larger dimensions. I believe the material is just canvas.

reesetully @hannahblaze I wanted something about it to be a little different in order to further emphasize that fantastical feel, so I talked to her about creating the rainbow effect on the horse, which turned out to be favorite part of the piece.
