Unisex Brown Leather Cowboy/Cowgirl Boots

We cannot figure out who made these boots. There are no logos and the stamp on the insides of the boots is very ambiguous. They are made in the USA with about a 2 inch heel and in good condition, there are a few tiny marks on the right toe (pictured). The inside lists three sets of numbers and says they are made of leather vam(?) and fox, other materials man-made. Men's size 7M or Women's size 9, very narrow shoe.
