Unisex grey white pink stripe stocking hat Washington DC with Pom Pom one size

This hat is from a pet and smoke free location. I think I got it at some like tourist shop in Washington DC. It has no stains or tears but has been worn. I assume it’s a one size fits most situation. Maybe unisex?
