Vintage United Colors of Benetton 2 piece mesh bag with Velcro closure at top. There's also a smaller nylon bag with zipper top that attaches to the inside top of the bag with the Velcro. There's an adjustable strap that maxes out at about 24", so unless you're really skinny, this would only work over the shoulder. Not sure of its intended purpose, originally thinking it was for travel, passport and ticket in the mesh part and a little money in the small zipper bag. measures 9"H x 11"W
