The Swiss luxury watch company Universal Genève SA was founded in 1894 as Universal Watch by watchmakers Numa-Emile Descombes and Ulysse Georges Perret in Le Locle, Switzerland. This solid silver cocktail watch dates back to the 40's and has just had a full service and comes in its original box. This is not a piece you are going to see on someone else's wrist.
