Universal Standard Black Stretch Jersey Dress with waist ties EUC

Cute, black knit dress with tie waist. Ties can go forward or backward. Universal Standard size Small is equal to a traditional size 14-16. 93% Cotton, 7% Elastane. Machine wash cold/delicate, lie flat to dry. This is from my own closet, bought new from the U/S website and worn only once or twice before I realized my new job was way more casual than I initially thought, so dresses would make me look like I was trying too hard.
