Universal Thread Supply Co. Blue & White Stripped Muscle Tank, Size Small This is one of the softest tops I’ve ever felt. It’s a size small and it’s made by Universal Thread from Target. It’s made of 100% cotton and has a small pocket on the front left chest and split seams at the bottom side edges. This is a blue and white striped pattern with a slightly textured fabric. Banded seams at neck and arm holes. This top has such a flattering fit, I hate to even let it go.
