Does this run TTS or is it oversized?

@sjacobus it is not listed by target as an oversized item. I would say it is pretty true to size, and it features a boxy cut, so that while you could button it shut if desired, it can also be worn open without an excess of fabric—it is a very comfortable and flattering fit.
