Universal Thread Shirt/Dress

This multicolor retro piece is adjustable with drawstrings that can be tied on either side for a larger fit, or in the back or front for a tighter fit. Is an XXL, but as seen on the dress form, could also fit smaller sizes. Can be worn as a top or a dress. Has a gorgeous v plunge on both back and front.
