Universal Thread Yellow midi dress

I wish this dress fit me better because it is just the cutest. I’m just a couple inches too short. Yellow dress by Universal Thread (Target) with cute ruffle detail and a tie waist. Length shoulder to hem is approximately 45 in, waste to hem about 28.5 in. Never worn, but it was washed.
