So cute for summer! Clean and in good condition. This dress has two front side pockets that will hold a mobile phone! There are two tie strings in the back to tie near your neck. See photos for measurements. Waistband is elastic and stretches. Looks great with flats or with a sweater and heels for office. 52% cotton and 48% rayon. Machine wash cold.
