Universal Thread dress size medium but runs large

Reposhing because it's too big for me. Runs like a large in my opinion and still very loose and flowy. Belt was not there, so loops have been removed, but it doesn't need it. Pretty green color, very soft almost quilted fabric, so warm for winter. Non-smoking home.
