Universal Thread mint pleated midi dress size 4 NWOT

Reposhing this item I purchased from @chelseas_attire. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. I took the tags off, but only wore it once - It was just a little too small for me. I have one of these dresses in the right size and I wear it all the time. I get so many compliments every time I wear it and it's one of the most comfortable pieces I own!
