This dress is perfect for a spring or summer day! The dress features a sleeveless look with ruffles. it is a nice dark blue color with pops of purple and teal in the floral design. There are two pockets and a button closure. Purchased at Target. The tags are removed but I feel confident I never had the opportunity to wear it.
