Universally Unique Black & Bisque Tattered Ruffle Top (Paris designer)

This black and bisque colored top is so unique and that’s what sets it apart from others. It’s a thin sheer fabric with a slight distressed tattered romantic look to it. There is a bit of bisque tulle mixed in with the bisque lace tiered ruffle trim which compliments the beautiful bisque ruffle pipping down the chest and scoop neck. Just delightful. It was bought from Fox’s that specializes in top European fashion designers.
