This is such a cute ruffled sleeve Mexican girls dress in a traditional Puebla Tehuacán Boutique.It is hand-made and hand-embroidered by artisan women of Puebla. Frontal embroidery in fine cotton thread. I wore this once only for my graduation party! It is gorgeous in person and is a burnt orange color. Could wear for any occasion.
