Unknown boutique brand tulip style dress

Size 4, fits like a O/2. Has a droop collar and slightly tapers at the bottom. Hooks at collar per the picture. Back Zipper depicts how low it goes to step into dress. Material is thick cotton, like canvas. It’s really a unique dress, I just can’t read the brand/designer. Fully lined in SILK and with pockets. EUC!
