Unknown name high quality gorgeous purse with embossed medallion

I fell in love with this and typically only carry Brighton bags so the quality is on par. I would have carried it forever but one of the loops that hold the shoulder strap broke (pictured). I’m sure it could be fixed or you could carry it with the brass handles. Only minor scuffs (pictured).
