jcydney5 Hi @advarone, you sent me a pic of what the bottom of your screen shows. You have to click on the 2nd one to have Poshmark view the conversation...not resolve case. This means the case will be resolved if you mark it, but since it's no and I need a return label, you click the 2nd option to have Poshmark customer service review the conversation. Thx, I would appreciate it.
