Unmarked silk and lace patchwork skirt, size 8.

This ruffled bottom skirt my sister gave me had no label on it. I know it’s an 8 since it fits me and I were an 8 in skirts. It’s lovely but I have no where to go in it and I think I’m a bit too old for this ruffle look. Take a look at the pictures. Thank you.
