Unsigned sterling southwestern style turquoise dyed howlite necklace

I found this at an estate sale. There is a crescent moon and dot on the hook and eye clasp that may be an artist signature, other than that it's unsigned. The metal does test positive for 925 sterling. This piece appears hand made and is very old, there are some scratches and also discoloration on the back of the pendent from the price tag.
