Unused cricket card

I bought this card to refill my phone but wasn't able to get into my account to refill, and wasn't able to reset my password because the phone wasn't active. Walmart can't take it back because I scratched the back off already and the people at the cricket store couldn't do anything either. I can't use it and am salty about losing $30. I'm only asking $20 and I can send the code over text so you won't have to wait for shipping
