Unworn APT. 9 Skirt XS

This skirt has not been worn, I did try it on when I bought it. I wanted to add a lining to it, but never got around it and it has been taking up space in my closet. Feels like a skirt for like summer/spring. Gray skirt is 27” long. Although I measured the waist (see picture), it has a elastic band. Theres no slit on the back. No flaws that I can see. I added the white fabric behind the skirt just for contrast. The last picture of the fabric was taken up close ti show more of the fabric color and pattern.
