These are new with tags. Tried on but never worn out. High waisted,wide leg, black dress pants. 100% polyester great feel and flow. Inseam measures 29” out seam 42.5”. Laid flat waist measures 15.5” so approx 31” waist. Does have some stretch to fabric and at waist etc.Three pleats on each side going all the way down the legs. Has side pockets. Great quality.
