Up-Cycled Brass | Very Long Silver Tassel Bullet Shell Necklace

This is a VERY long and dangly necklace! Long Silver chain tassels hang from inside of a silver bullet shell, with a pretty plastic turquoise rose bead on top. The necklace measures 23 inches from clasp to bottom of longest tassel! the pendant itself is 4 inches from top of rose bead to bottom of chain tassels.
