This bag has great potential to be a luxury upcycle piece. This Gucci bag is extremely well loved, and because of it needs significant repair. One of the straps needs repair and there is significant wear on the back side (although you could cover with a patch or upcycle it in some creative way. The front of the bag is well maintained with little wear on the corner of the right pouch. Flaw on the back is not noticeable when you have it on!
