Top is smocked so it has plenty of stretch. Bottom has been made from a vintage dress that belonged to makers grandmother. Has sort of a farmhouse feel. I had purchased this for myself but it was too big on me. Super cute one of a kind dress. This has never been worn and only tried on. However, pieces were pre-owned.
