Features Include: Off the shoulder elastic collar that has blue embroidered cut-out trim. The material has been upcycled to a purple color and is lined for the perfect mini dress or peasant blouse. Process: Stains are the worst, especially in white and light colored garments. Thankfully a couple bottles of Rit dye, and those stained and drab garments are salvaged from the waste and given a whole new life to live.
