Made by Vicki Hauson Wearable Art Sun Valley, Idaho Size is Large Snowflake design on polyester front, as well as these little retro skiers at the bottom if you look close! This was such a surprise when I zoomed in! :o 2 little sets of D buckles close the front waist that is a thick denim type material. Waist is a little adjustable by loosening buckles.
