emilyanne1987 They are a looser more relaxed for. They were originally a larger size that I had made to my size by a seamstress. They are incredibly vintage. The rise is just over 12” inches because I didn’t want them tight. No stretch, because of they are are vintage. I paid $90 just to the seamstress, she did an amazing job. I believe they were originally 4 sizes larger.
