Upcycled By: CelestialCreations XI Size: Woman's 15 Measurements flat and approximately: Waist 16", Hips 17", Length 15". Weight: 8.0 oz Features: deep front and back pockets that can actually hold items. Zip and hook button close. Black and white plaid to give a gray effect in colors. Process: This fun Y2K pleated skirt once was a pair of unwanted skinny trousers in need of some TLC. Bast stitched by hand and finished with a machine this transformation took 10 hours of loving labor to manifest. Now, this fresh mini is ready to find its new home with you!!
