I used a vintage men's Uomo silk shirt to make a new, one of a kind top blouse. I hand sewed the vintage crocheted lace at the bottom. Elastic at the site & sleeve bottoms give it a girly flair. Measurements: shoulder-20", bust & bottom-44", length-28". My dress form is a sz 8.
