Upcycled kids Brand Cat & Jack knit skirt. This was a dress but I removed the top. Now it’s a maxi length elastic waist skirt. Blue and white tie dye on a comfortable stretchy knit fabric. Fits size small or medium. Waist = 29” stretches to 40” Length= 36”
