Upcycled tribal ethnic Dress M vtg scarf

These one of a kind scarf tops are for the woman who likes to be unique!. The scarves are hand sewn onto the top in free form design. Most of the scarves are vintage, some silk, some polyester. As with any upcycled garment I suggest spot clean or hand wash. This top is a gently used Austen tank top that has a tribal/African scene in bright colors.
