Upcycled vtg Quilt top gathered Skirt patchwork sz M

I made this skirt using part of a vintage patchwork quilt top...just the top, not a finished quilt. fabric is easy-care polyester. the waist is elastic & measures 26" to 36". Length is 23". one of a kind, original sustainable garment. ( check my listing for the dress I made from the rest of the quilt top.)
