Upper Looper 7Y Handmade Rose Print Polkadot Twirl Dress

This pretty handmade dress features a twirly style in a black and white polkadot print with roses. There is some fade and a faint stain on the skirt toward the bottom near the logo (see pics). Size 7Y (AH123)
