I purchased these in 3 sizes from Amazon after my C-section. I washed these but they were never worn - I went from my hospital belly wrap to a full girdle because my surgery was extensive and I needed even more support. That being said, these look awesome for a recovery garment that’s not too cumbersome but provides light to medium compression and scar healing support. If you are usually a medium (pants 7-8), then with the C-section bloat you will likely need this larger size until week 4 when swelling goes down. I also have them in a size S-M, nude color, for when you’re back to your normal size.
