Urban Decan Revolution lipstick

Urban Decay Jilted is a slightly cool-toned, very dark fuchsia with a pearl finish. Next been used. Name of the lipstick is Jilted. Taken out the box for photos. I noticed that the lipstick has this filter on it & a little scuff on the side. The scuff mark happened when I took it out for photos. Have no clue what that filter over the lipstick is but I’ve seen it before when it’s a brand new lipstick. Please message me if you have any questions. :)
