Urban Decay Sheer Revolution

Urban Decay Sheer Anarchy is a moderately cool-toned, medium-dark fuchsia with a natural finish. Name of the lipstick is Sheer Anarchy. Taken out the box for photos. I noticed that the lipstick has this filter on it. Have no clue what that is but I’ve seen it before when it’s a brand new lipstick. Please message me if you have any questions. :)
