Urban Girl Nites Size 2 4 Vintage Party Dress Prom Mini Halter

Vintage Urban Girl Nites mini dress. Hidden back zipper. Halter neck that buttons at the back of the neck. Although you can’t see it in the first picture (because of the editing app), there is black tulle that peeks out of the bottom hem (shown in last picture). Such a cute dress for a party or even prom. The size tag says 5/6 but I would say it is definitely smaller. It was too small to zip up on a Size 6 mannequin. Please see measurements for proper fit. Great condition!
