journee0064 @bbja404 I apologize! It measures appropriately 12”. I added a couple of extra photos. I used straight pins to try and show the cruel measurements. However due to elastic waist it’s a bit difficult. Thank you again for looking. Super soft fabric. Wrinkle free too.
