Open front with a banded neckline and lapels. Double layer chiffon fabric panels at the bottom hemline and sleeve hemline. Measures 23" pit to pit, 17" flat across the back of the shoulders, 22" flat across the waist, 22" flat across the hips and 49" length. Size tag says XXL but would comfortably fit a size 14 to 18.
