Smocked, off the shoulder top from Urban Outfitters (encote). XS. As seen on Southern Curls & Pearls blog. Took the tags off, but I never wore it. Beautiful blue embroidery on white fabric. I’m 5’3” with a short torso and it comes to the top of high rise jeans. Perfect for a festival.

jetset805 @txmav411 this will fit best around slender shoulders. It should be worn with one of those sticky bras that clasp in the center, or a bandeau. I’m a 32F if that helps.
